To deposit your checks, money orders, or travelers checks, contact your Business Facilitator, who is able to accept them and send them to our nearest operational support center in your area.

Your checks will be digitized and deposited into your account on the same day they are received.

To make payments toward your mortgage, credit card, or personal loan, you must make the check payable to yourself and deposit it into your account. The funds will then be credited to the corresponding loan.

The law requires that FACEBANK turn over to our regulating entity (Oficina del Comisionado de Instituciones Financieras) any unclaimed funds which FACEBANK deems abandoned for a period of over 5 years. Unclaimed funds will be turned over to the authorities (OCIF) on December 10, 2021. Any unclaimed money or liquid assets may be claimed until November 30, 2021.
