TERMS AND CONDITIONS \u2013 FACEBANK VISA PLATINUM CREDIT CARD<\/p>\n

Interest Rates and Interest Charges<\/p>\n

Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for Purchases 25.00% APR<\/p>\n

Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for Cash Advances and Balance Transfers 25.00% APR<\/p>\n

Penalty Rate No Penalty APR is charged on the Credit Card product.<\/p>\n

Payment of Interest The due date for each payment is at least 25 days after the close of each billing cycle. No interest charges will be imposed on purchases during billing periods with no previous balance, provided that the entire account balance, including purchases made during that period, is paid or credited on or before the applicable due date. If you pay your full balance on or before the monthly due date, no interest will be charged on purchases. For cash advances and balance transfers, interest will accrue from the date of the transaction.<\/p>\n

Other Charges<\/p>\n

Membership Fee $150.00 Annual Fee, $75.00 Additional Card Fee (if applicable).<\/p>\n

International Transaction Fee 3% of the amount of each transaction in U.S. dollars.<\/p>\n

Cash Advance Fees 3% of each transaction (Minimum $2, Maximum $50).<\/p>\n

Late Payment Fee Up to $35.00 for payments received after the cycle closing date.<\/p>\n

How Your Balance is Calculated We use the \u201caverage daily balance (including new purchases)\u201d method. Please refer to your Credit Card Agreement for more details.<\/p>\n

Important Notice \u2013 U.S.A. PATRIOT ACT Effective October 1, 2003, Section 326 of the USA PATRIOT Act requires financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies persons who open accounts. This law was created to combat terrorism and money laundering.<\/p>\n

When opening an account: – You will be asked for your name, residential or physical address, date of birth, Social Security number, and other information to verify your identity. – You will be required to show a valid government-issued photo ID.<\/p>\n

Information collected by FaceBank International Corp.\u00a0will be kept confidential as required by the Privacy Act.<\/p>\n

Retail Installment Agreement \u2013 Revolving Account Plan The following terms and conditions govern the use of VISA credit cards issued by FaceBank International Corporation Puerto Rico (the Bank) by the applicant (the Cardholder), individually or jointly:<\/p>\n

I. CARD USAGE The Cardholder will use the card to purchase or lease goods or services at establishments that accept the card and to obtain cash advances from the Bank or any bank accepting the card, within limits set by the Bank. The Cardholder authorizes the Bank to pay and charge to the account all purchases, cash advances, and any Additional Card charges, plus interest and any other applicable fees.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. CREDIT LIMIT The initial credit limit granted by the Bank will appear on the Virtual Banking screen upon confirmation of the credit card application and on the card portal. The Bank may reduce the credit limit for reasons including misuse, inactivity for 12 months, or failure to activate the account.<\/li>\n
  2. CARD CANCELLATION You may cancel your account at any time by notifying the Bank in writing. The Bank may cancel or revoke the card at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.<\/li>\n
  3. MONTHLY STATEMENT The Bank will provide a monthly statement containing all legally required information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    V. INTEREST CHARGES Interest charges on \u201cVISA PLATINUM\u201d cards apply only to the principal balance on purchases, services, cash advances, and balance transfers. The computation is based on the rates below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

    Interest on purchases is calculated using the average daily balance method, adding new purchases and subtracting payments\/credits received. Cash advances accrue interest immediately.<\/p>\n

    1. MINIMUM PAYMENT The Cardholder must pay at least 3.5% of the outstanding balance or $25, whichever is greater. Payments will first cover interest, then the remainder will apply proportionally to purchases and cash advances.<\/li>\n
    2. VII.PAYMENT APPLICATION Payments are applied first to interest charges; any excess payment applies to the most onerous debt.<\/li>\n
    3. VIII.ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE The Cardholder is responsible for an annual membership fee for the primary and any additional cards. Fees apply even if cards are not used.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n\n

      1. OTHER FEES Late payments: up to $35. Cash advance fee: 3% of the transaction amount (Min $2, Max $50). Foreign currency transaction: 3% of the transaction in USD.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        X. DEFAULT RATE No penalty rate applies. Any changes will be notified per legal requirements.<\/p>\n

          \n
        1. MONTHLY STATEMENT The statement will show prior balance, payments, credits, debits, purchases, cash advances, interest charges, APR, new balance, minimum payment, and due date. Errors must be reported within 60 days.<\/li>\n
        2. XII.LOST OR STOLEN CARD Report immediately to 1-877-929-FACE (3223) or 787-705-7642. Liability is limited to $50 if reported promptly.<\/li>\n
        3. XIII.CARD DENIAL The Bank may decline purchases or cash advances even if credit is available. Suspicious activity may result in temporary suspension.<\/li>\n
        4. XIV.JOINT ACCOUNTS Joint cardholders are jointly liable. The Bank may require all cardholders\u2019 signatures for certain instructions.<\/li>\n
        5. XV.DEFAULT Failure to pay, bankruptcy, or exceeding credit limit without authorization constitutes default. The Bank may collect the entire balance plus legal fees.<\/li>\n
        6. XVI.AMENDMENTS Interest rates and terms may change with 45 days\u2019 notice if adverse to the Cardholder.<\/li>\n
        7. XVII.MISCELLANEOUS Omission by the Bank to exercise rights does not constitute waiver. Invalid clauses do not affect the remainder of the agreement.<\/li>\n
        8. XVIII.BILLING RIGHTS You have rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act to dispute billing errors. Report errors within 60 days.<\/li>\n
        9. XIX.AFTER WRITTEN NOTICE The Bank must acknowledge your dispute within 30 days and resolve within 90 days.<\/li>\n
        10. XX.SPECIAL RULES FOR PURCHASES You may withhold payment for disputed goods\/services if you attempted to resolve in good faith with the seller and meet other criteria.<\/li>\n
        11. XXI.COLLATERAL The Cardholder agrees to provide a Certificate of Deposit as collateral for all debts incurred on the card. The Bank may liquidate the CD in case of default after 90 days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
